Still Room at the Founding Level
I’m pretty sure you have noticed by now that there’s going to be a Chili Cook-off to benefit good causes in DuPont. A couple of notices have been running both in our e-newsletter and on the website. That kind of community promotion is exactly what we’re here for.
If your club, organization or cause advertised with The Suburban Times, you know what local news promotion costs. I want to make sure you know what we’re currently offering, because the math looks pretty good by comparison.
The Cascadian is still accepting founding sponsors at three levels: $1,000, $2,500 and $5,000. Those come with three months, six months, or a full year of advertising at one discounted price. This is the best rate we will ever offer.
The $5,000 level includes a video commercial produced in collaboration with one of our founders, Philip Lindholm. I want to point out that this is an incredible value if you price out what a video would normally cost.
And you get to work with Philip, whose Informed Citizen podcast shows some — though certainly not all — of his video talents.
One of the best parts of working on The Cascadian is the opportunity to collaborate with an intelligent, savvy and creative guy like Philip. If I had a reason to make a video about myself, I’d want to work with him. And I have worked with a lot of people in video, and even created videos myself.
There are other benefits listed on our sponsorship page, future events, feature stories and more. But the main thing I want you to know is this: if you are a business, club or organization that wants promotion in West Pierce County, the founding rate is still on the table. It won’t be forever.
